Corsair has unveiled the K100 Air wireless mechanical keyboard. The well-known brand producing digital devices and peripherals for gamers has released a very thin and durable device. The keyboard skeleton is made of aluminum with a matte finish, and thanks to modern technology, the keyboard can be simultaneously connected to multiple platforms.

The new K100 Air is only 1.1 cm thick at its thinnest point. Plus, it looks minimalist and aesthetically pleasing, so you can quickly adapt it to any gaming setup. And also, in the novelty used, Cherry MX Low Profile mechanical switches Cherry MX Ultra Low Profile with a tactile response and a fairly high margin of safety. Just what you need for such devices!

The developers also offer three different options for connecting the keyboard. The first is radio frequency and uses Slipstream Wireless technology. The second option is a Bluetooth connection with low latency, with which you can connect the K100 Air to three different platforms. And the last, third, allows you to connect the device to your computer or Mac using a USB cable. By the way, if you use a wired connection, the keyboard polling frequency is as much as 8 kHz, so the device will be able to respond much faster to your every action. On top of that, the Corsair K100 Air has a long-lasting battery life of up to 50 hours of gaming with the RGB backlight turned on and up to 200 hours of gaming with the backlight turned off.

Another important detail is the dedicated button for switching between different devices when the keyboard is simultaneously connected to a tablet, PC, and other platforms using a wireless connection, for example. And to protect your connection, K100 Air uses 128-bit AES encryption to keep all your data safe. And the keyboard has extra keys, too. Four separate keys can play any macros, perform simple actions, and launch different applications. There are also multimedia buttons and a handy aluminum roller. It is quite suitable for volume control but can also be programmed for other actions. The keyboard also has 8 MB of internal memory to store 50 different profiles with your settings.

In the new K100 AIR, Corsair engineers have also applied Axon Hyper-Processing technology, so the keyboard reproduces up to 20 complex hardware layers of RGB backlighting when wirelessly connected. And you can customize the backlighting without restrictions through the Corsair iCUE app. You can also use it to create macros, program buttons, and control settings for other Corsair devices.
