Refund and Returns Policy

Warranty for items bought in our store:

All items that are available for purchase in our store www.4games.pro are covered by warranty for a minimum of 2 years from the moment of the purchase. In some cases it is possible that the warranty is extended beyond 2 years, if the items manufacturer has announced it.

The warranty only applies to items which have a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not apply to items that have natural wear and tear, visual/mechanical and similar damage caused by incorrect usage, ignoring the manufacturers usage guidelines, unsanctioned repair or water and dirt damage.
If you have discovered a manufacturing defect in one of your items, please, send the item with documentation confirming the warranty and purchase in our store to the address: Lacplesa street 72, Riga, LV-1011 (4GAMES.PRO).

In cases where you have your items manufacturers authorized service center near you, we ask that you take your item straight to them for warranty repair, as this will speed up the process. In cases where you bring the item to us, the warranty process is longer due to registration and delivery times from them to us and then to you.

Return of items bought in our store:

You have a legal right to return any item, without cause, within 14 days of purchase.
You will need to inform us of your desire to return the item by calling +371 22164949 or sending an email to [email protected]
In order for the 14-day period to be valid, all you have to do is inform us of your return within the 14-day timeframe.
You will need to return your item to us no later than 14 days after notifying us of the return.

We would like to inform you that we will not be able to accept items for return if they are sent by mail because without both sides present it is impossible to register the items visual state, defects and contents. By send the items for return, using a courier service, you automatically agree that the items state will be registered, single handedly, by us, after we examine its visual state and contents. Any objections made later regarding the items state will be dismissed. This is why, we recommend that you, personally, deliver the item to us at Lacplesa street 72, Riga, LV-1011 (4GAMES.PRO).

In the 14-day return period you can use the item to the extent of verifying it functionality (Same as when looking at a laptop in a store. You can inspect the items appearance and size but you cannot do any manipulations that would result in changing its configuration or activation of the operating system).
Items must be returned in the same state as they were before the purchase (packaging, instructions, components). If the packaging has been damaged or the items state is not the same as it was before the purchase, your return might be declined!

We would like to also inform you that your funds will be returned in full, excluding the shipping and delivery fees!
